GROWN UP: "So the FOOLISH man built his house upon the SAND, but the WISE man built his house upon the ROCK." YOUNG TEDDY: "Yeah, but what if the sand has a really nice view?" ~ GROWN UP: "I think maybe you're missing the--" YOUNG TEDDY: "Like, couldn't you drive some PILES or something? I mean, if you weigh construction costs against the rising premium for beach front real estate..."

Or is he getting the point completely?
